Weekly Mood Report 23/03/20 – 29/03/20

ICYMI, Daylio is my mood tracking app, which I use every hour or two to log how I’m feeling and the activities I have been partaking in. There are 5 different mood states…
Bright Green = Great
Light Green = Good
Yellow = Fine
Orange = Bad
Red = Awful

You can see last week’s here…https://lucysback.com/2020/03/26/weekly-mood-report-16-03-20-22-03-20/

The data on the left is W/C 16/03, and on the right W/C 23/03.

So, my mood has fallen through the floor.
I have gone from an average of 2.7 out of 5 to 2.2 – the worst weekly score since I was admitted to hospital and started using the app.
You can see that I had a terrible day on Monday, which was the day when I was feeling really paranoid and covering up potential cameras in my hospital room… The best day was Wednesday, the day after I was discharged from hospital, and everything was such a novelty. I’ve gone pretty much downhill since then.

Daily moods – WC 23/03

My moods have been generally low, with only a few green blobs. The only ‘great’ blob of the week was when I had just been discharged from hospital and was like OMG, PLATES! GLASSES! CARPETS!!
The other green blob on Saturday was when I had a big curry with my parents, and felt like chatting to them for a bit.

Again, the data on this chart shows WC 16/03 on the left, and WC 23/03 on the right.

I logged significantly less green moods than the week before, and loads more orange and red.
Fuck me, I’ve felt so shite.

Tl;dr My mood has been fairly consistently low. I’ve had a terrible week, except for the brief excitement of being discharged from hospital.
