Get dressed EVERY DAMN DAY – even if it’s just in joggers.
Drink tea.
Get up early.
Put makeup on.
But take it off every night.
Buy yourself presents.
Keep your home tidy.
Knit.
Sew.
Colour.
Listen to podcasts.
Contact old friends.
Make time to see friends, and do things other than ‘beers’.
Light candles.
Have baths.
Read books.
Go swimming.
Ride my bike.
Go for walks in green spaces.
Don’t spend all of your time in bed when you’re at home.
Keep in daily contact with your family.
Go to visit your parents more often.
Paint your nails.
Look fabulous, then you’ll feel fabulous.
Text your friends more often.
Give compliments.
Ask people how they are.
Be honest, and vulnerable.
Listen to music.
Keep your hair really green!
Spend so much less time scrolling through social media feeds.
TAKE YOUR MEDICATION!
Honestly I need the reminder to do a lot of these!
Especially the hair one… *pops off to contact her hairdresser*
